FOR THE LOVE OF BRUNCH.

What I’d write if we actually had a Non-Imaginary Brunch Restaurant -

One of the highlights of our weekends as People With Office Jobs was to find new and exciting places to have Brunch. Jt kept a list in Google Maps of nearby restaurants we hadn’t tried or that were just opening. We’d strike off on new adventures every Saturday morning to explore the morning restaurant scene in and around Minneapolis (and, if we were feeling EXCEPTIONALLY adventurous, Saint Paul).

When COVID struck, our adventures changed. We started experimenting with our own brunch-y ideas like Monkey Bread Muffins or Fruity Pebbles French Toast.

Now we’re lucky enough to get to share those ideas with you. C’mon in and try some adventurous breakfast foods at our Imaginary Brunch Restaurant.
